Lately, HB TempCon Aviation has secured the Chinese Technical Standard Order Authorization (CTSOA) for the RAP-AT1 active temperature-controlled container following a rigorous airworthiness review conducted by CAAC, advancing its global cold chain strategy under Haier Biomedical. The RAP-AT1’s certification underscores HB TempCon Aviation’s growing competitiveness in advanced civil aviation product manufacturing, aligning with the national goals for high-tech logistics infrastructure. At the awarding ceremony, Leo Wang, General Manager of HB TempCon Aviation, emphasized that the CTSOA is a "passport" for their industry ambition and global layout. And Wang Jian, Deputy Director of CAAC’s Shandong Safety Supervision Bureau, acknowledged the milestone achievement made by the company in domestic aviation equipment manufacturing and encouraged technological breakthroughs to drive industry leadership.
The precision-engineered RAP-AT1 container embraces several key innovations:
1. Advanced Insulation Technology: First in China to use high-strength vacuum-insulated panels (VIPs) for large-scale mobile aviation containers for the first time in China.
2. Precise Smart Temperature Control: Maintains +3℃ to +30℃with multi-zone monitoring, ideal for transporting vaccines, blood products, and biological samples.
3. Safety and Endurance: Redundant power system for flight safety; 180+hours battery autonomy to confront the long-distance intercontinental transport challenge.
Its safety, reliability, and performance indicators have all reached international advanced levels and this certification strengthens HB TempCon Aviation’s position in the air freight cold chain market, accelerating its roadmap for international regulatory approvals.
