Responsibilities

- Market Expansion and Business Development

1.1 Conduct in - depth research on the aviation temperature - controlled container rental market and accurately identify potential business opportunities. Develop and implement effective market penetration strategies to gradually increase the company's market share among key customer groups such as airlines, freight forwarders, and pharmaceutical companies.

1.2 Actively participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, etc., to expand business networks and enhance the company's visibility and influence in the local market.

1.3 Build and maintain long - term and stable cooperative relationships with key-account in the region.

1.4 Collaborate with HQ teams to develop personalized rental solutions based on customer needs, enhancing customer experience and loyalty.

- Sales and Performance Achievement

2.1 Set clear sales targets for the country or region and formulate detailed sales plans. Regularly analyze and forecast sales performance, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

2.2 Take charge of the entire sales process, including prospecting, sales presentations, contract negotiation and signing. Actively explore new customers to promote business growth.

- Team Leadership and Management

3.1 Lead and manage the sales and support teams in the country or region. Provide professional guidance and training to team members, conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.

3.2 Create a positive and collaborative work atmosphere, encourage team innovation, and improve the overall work efficiency and execution ability of the team.

- Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure that the company's business operations in the country or region strictly comply with local laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Identify and assess potential business risks and formulate corresponding risk response measures.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics management, aviation management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

- At least 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or management in the aviation, freight forwarder, or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in the aviation temperature - controlled container rental business is preferred.

- Fluent in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. Proficient for business communication and negotiation.

- In - depth understanding of the aviation and global logistics markets, local business cultures, regulatory policies, and customer preferences.

- Strong customer service awareness and rich experience in customer relationship management.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
