HB TempCon Aviation Participated with CAAC in Compiling CTSO-C90e
Recently, CAAC approved and issued China Civil Aviation Technical Standard Order (CTSO-C90e) for ULD Pallets, ULD Nets and ULD Containers. HB TempCon Aviation, a subsidiary of Haier Biomedical, takes pride in its full engagement of drafting, commenting and revising this Standard. The upgrading and issuance of CTSO-C90e marks the significance in the research and development and airworthiness certification of the Temperature Controlled Container and Fire Resistance Container and meanwhile accelerates the internationalization of Chinese standards and regulation in the aviation temperature control field.
Currently, the fast growth of the biomedical pharmaceutical industry and widely application of Lithium-ion battery calls for a safe and temperature control solution with Temperature Controlled Container and Fire Resistance Container. CTSO-C90e shows the regulation and policy support from the Authority in this field and fits in the gaps of relevant technical requirements and standards proposed in the 14th Five-Year Plan Aviation Logistics Development.
Compared with the previous CTSO-C90d, the Standard mainly adjusts the purpose of CTSO, modifies the performance requirements, test parameters and test methods for the ULDs, and supplements the requirements for fire resistance container, marking, failure condition classification and data for Non-CTSO functions as well as updates environmental qualification and flammability requirements. Generally, the revised Standard proposed tighter requirements for the performance and safety of the ULDs.
The experience of HB TempCon participating in compiling the Standard represents the widely recognition of its leading technology application and professional research and development in the active temperature control industry. Under the vision of guarding life with green technology, HB TempCon Aviation persists in providing comprehensive temperature-control solution in whole temperature range, complete process and full scenarios for the transport of temperature sensitive goods including pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biological products, bulk drugs and high-class fresh food. Next, HB TempCon will speed up its technical development and product iteration, and contribute to building a more intelligent and safe aviation temperature control logistics system so as to promote higher and faster development of the industry
